My name is Laurence Wadlow, I provide professional project management services for the construction industry.
I have over 30 years experience in the industry across a wide variety of roles.

I have experience in all aspects of construction delivery, concept, planning & third party negotiations, due diligence, detailed design development, procurement, construction delivery, customer occupation, personnel recruitment & management.

My recent experience concentrates on the pre-production stages, including all aspects of securing planning consents and all pre-production matters including preparation of detailed delivery programmes to ensure smooth transition to construction team.

Moving forward my experience allows for me to contribute from inception to delivery of the end result.
